We use the information to receive, process and respond to your enquiry and for any subsequent dialogue regarding your enquiry.
The information is sent to Pro Defence through our email system and is available only to persons who require access for their work.

3. When you submit an application
If you apply for a position or submit an unsolicited application through the website, we may process information such as:

The information is used exclusively to process your application and assess your profile in connection with recruitment at Pro Defence.
Applications are stored in our access-restricted administrative system. CVs and any attachments are stored with the application and are intended only for persons who require access for their work.
When you submit an application, we also send a receipt to the email address you have provided.
The Danish Data Protection Agency emphasises that applicant information must be deleted when it is no longer necessary to retain it. There is no single generally mandatory retention period for all private employers; the company must be able to justify the chosen period based on the purpose.
Retention period: We process ordinary personal data that is necessary to handle your application and carry out the recruitment process on the basis of our legitimate interest in recruiting and assessing relevant candidates, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. If we wish to retain your application for other future job opportunities, this will be based on your consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a).

4. Recipients and data processors
We may use external suppliers for services such as hosting, technical operations and email delivery. These suppliers may process personal data on our behalf when necessary to provide their services.
Where a supplier acts as a data processor, the processing must take place on our instructions and on the basis of the relevant data protection agreements.
Before publication, Pro Defence should verify and document the specific list of relevant data processors and any transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA.
